The Dubuque County Bar Association is a voluntary association of attorneys who live in and/or work in Dubuque County. The DCBA provides continuing legal education as well as professional and social opportunities to its members. We promote the professionalism and service of the legal system through our members and our committees.The DCBA is overseen by its officers and Board of Governors.
